"Dear Molly, I am just back from France and I want to thank you enormously for all you did for me to make the purchase of my new home in Ponte Vedra Beach happen. Your patience was remarkable and you never lost your cool and it was a long drawn out process with the dog, tree conditions etc. Anyway thank you so much for all your help. I did not stop on Tuesday or Wednesday meeting with all the necessary people. I like your painter very much and am using him. I also liked Kurt but his estimate for the work was too high for me and I will use the other contractor whose estimate was considerably lower. The tree is down - I am told - and other bits and pieces done in the garden and now the sod is about to be put down so I think I shall be very pleased with that.
